Welcome. Pivotal Beginnings is a Rhode Island based provider of services for children, adults and families. Pivotal Beginnings offers a variety of supports: psychotherapy, support/peer groups, clinical & behavioral consulting, behavioral life coaching, and Applied Behavior Analysis.

Life can have moments where additional support, feedback, and intervention is needed from a licensed professional. We strive to provide individuals and families with the knowledge and tools to empower themselves to make behavioral changes and lead to an improvement in overall wellbeing. We offer support to a variety of needs/experiences, and additionally experienced in working with neurodivergent individuals. Our approach is informed by a behavioral & strengths-based perspective, while integrity, dignity, & acknowledging the intersections one may find themselves in are paramount in our services.
